ABOUT

YINYANG MUSIC FESTIVAL

YinYang Music Festival is a boutique festival, limited to 1,000 attendees, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Great Wall of China.

YinYang Music Festival was founded in 2014 by Rainbow Gao (China) and Tommy Hendriks (The Netherlands), with the goal of bringing electronic music culture and innovation to one of the seven wonders of the world: The Great Wall of China.

YinYang Music Festival is dedicated to showcasing top-tier DJ sets and electronic live performances from both renowned international artists and leading Chinese artists, alongside emerging acts. With a 50/50 lineup of China based and international artists, we create a cultural bridge between East and West, fostering a truly global music experience.

Over six festival editions, YinYang Music Festival has showcased 150+ international artists, 200+ China-based artists and 50+ conference speakers.

YinYang Music Festival was forced to pause from 2020 onwards due to the global pandemic. In 2025, YYMF will make a triumphant return to the Huangyaguan Great Wall with a groundbreaking festival.
